Hello! We are Isidro ("EC") & Karen Alba from Woodstock, GA! Twenty years ago, we had a dream—a dream to one day own a home near the beach. After visiting the beautiful beaches of 30A, we instantly fell in love. In 2020, we made our dream a reality. The amazing people of Miramar Beach, incredible restaurants—especially seafood drew us in immediately. Also, who could forget the emerald water and white powder sand!
As avid beach lovers, we decided to take a plunge and invest in a vacation rental property that we can enjoy with our family, and hopefully, afford you the same. Memories are lasting, but legacy is forever. Hence, that’s why we named our home “Memories 2 Legacy”. We are firm believers in those that came before us and the legacy that we ourselves leave behind for others.
