Booking Instructions
Step 1 - If you have not done so please check our availability calendar to make sure you dates are available.
Step 2 - If you're ready to book complete the form below. Once we have your completed form we will e-mail you the total amount of your stay along with an invoice for your initial deposits.
Bookings cannot be cancelled and are not transferrable. The only exception is if an "Act of God" interrupts your trip, A) I will allow a re-booking at another comparable date (no-peak travel times or major holidays), or
B) you have the option of purchasing travel insurance at https://www.travelinsurance.com/
Payment Options:
100% payment due at booking plus $300 refundable security deposit is required
$300 cleaning fee
$50 admin fee
Florida taxes at 12%

Property Damage Insurance is Required from one of these 2 companies: www.damageprotection.insure or rentalguardian.com The booking number is the two digit month, two digit day and four digit year of your arrival date. (No pets allowed)
